How do I start?
Simply choose your plan and check out! We'll handle the rest.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at anytime, send us an email at yladietaque@gmail.com or through instagram @yladieta_que
What if I don't like one of the menu options?
Don't like one of the menu items? No Problem! Just leave us a note letting us know which meal you don't want and then the meal you would like substituted! If we still aren't sure what you mean, we will contact you to make sure we get your order right!
When will I receive my meals?
All deliveries are Contactless! You will receive an email the day before your delivery with your Estimated Time of Delivery. The day of, you can track your meals when they are 30 minutes away and view your time update in Real-Time.
Your driver will deliver your meals to your front door, ring your doorbell/knock, and send you a photo of your meals confirming delivery! You are more than welcome to leave an insulated bag or ice chest for them to place in.
Do you guys Re-Deliver?
It is your responsibility to be at the designated shipping address you provide us during our delivery hours stated on our website. There will be no refunds if you are not able to receive your food. Our drivers are instructed to wait up to 5 minutes at the delivery address, leave the meals by the front door, and proceed on their route.
